Sometimes what’s happening is all about perspective.

What Caitlin was thinking

Captain is moving well. Not sure if he’s ever been in this ring before at W.E.C. Ohio, but he appears to be both relaxed and comfortable. That side door is ajar, and kids are riding by on electric scooters, but Captain is unfazed.

The warmup courses went great. JoAnn should have a good ride tomorrow.

What comes after the diagonal line? OMG! I’ve forgotten the course, and it’s like a hundred degrees in here. Captain feels so slow it’s taking all my leg to move him forward.

Holy Snapple! Is it the long run single or the outside line???

What Captain was thinking

That was such a fun ride yesterday in the trailer. Ollie, the four-year-old decided to play with that loose crosstie. But every time the buckle knocked against the wall Champ gave him an annoyed look. It was hilarious. Ollie having the time of his life and Champ wanting to throttle him.

Oh, wait. JoAnn’s lost. I’m a 100% sure it’s the outside line. Let me steer her over there.
