Prince Edward Island

Missing Out
My plans to attend the Waterloo Hunt Horse Show were thwarted when I had to take care of a time-sensitive but non-serious medical issue. Movement Method
The last week of our recent trip to Greece included a yoga retreat at the beautiful Aegialis Hotel and Spa. My yoga skills amount to laying in savasana in a semi-sleep state.
